Working with you from the beginning

We work closely with our clients from the very beginning of each project by establishing a clear set of business requirements and letting them know exactly what is involved in the project and what is required of them.

Our graphic design team then takes a design brief before creating a fantastic look and feel that reflects great usability, accessibility, web conventions and search engine optimisation. When the project is in the development stages, we supply password protected versions online for the client to view exactly how things are coming along and to make sure everything is as it should be.

Building relationships

We make building a web site as easy as possible for our clients and give them regular updates, statistics on performance, suggestions on additions and technical support after the site has gone live.

We aim to build long term relationships with our clients and help them to get the most out of their web sites and systems. Our regular review service allows us to work closely with our clients to keep their web site up-to-date, add new and useful features and do all we can to ensure the web site is working as hard as possible for our client's business.
