Grant Management help people invest in traditional residential property and offer a wide selection of properties to rent in the best locations across the UK. With years of experience in property management, Grant Management offer a leading service to tenants and landlords alike.
Grant Management wanted a powerful content managed site that would display the hundreds of sites they have to rent across the UK. The site had to highlight virtual tours for each property and also make it easy for users to contact Grant Management with any specific requirements or properties they may be looking for.
Our approach
We needed to build a site that users would find helpful, easy to use and appeal to a wide audience. The Grant Management brand had to be carried across strongly in the website design while creating a clean spacious and friendly feel.
Mercurytide's powerful Content Management System allows Grant Management to update content and add new properties while our News Centre System lets the client add regular property news to the site.
