Mercurytide have worked with the UK's favourite letting only property portal for many years and so we instantly saw the benefits of a Lettingweb iPhone app. Lettingweb wanted an iPhone app to allow their many website visitors to be able to search for properties wherever they are.

 

Our approach

The Lettingweb iPhone app uses the in-built GPS functionality to find your current location, you can then instantly search for available flats or houses to rent in your local area. Each property includes a photo slideshow as well as detailed information on price, furnishings, availability, features and the property's letting agent. Properties can also be set as favourites enabling you to view them again without having to re-search.
