Background
Lints Partnership are one of Edinburgh's foremost domestic property lawyers and estate agents, dealing with well in excess of 2000 property transactions each year. Lints property is the sales side of the business with a dedicated sales team operating from a purpose built property sales centre which is open 6 days a week. Lints had an existing website that they felt did not reflect the professionalism and size of the company and asked Mercurytide to help.Our approach
As well as designing a strong, professional look and feel to the website, we wanted to make searching for properties as easy as possible for Lint's visitors. We achieved this by incorporating an easy to use filter bar alongside the property results, allowing the user to narrow the results with a single click. This allows the user to see the properties they are interested in without having to leave the page. This is proving to be a very popular feature with visitors finding relevant properties much quicker than on the previous website.
