PLH Online provide accredited NCPLH and SCPLH training online to allow hospitality and retail staff to competently undertake the responsibilities of a licensee. The Personal Licence Holder training modules are designed to guide potential licensees through the various materials they are required to learn using a stylish user interface and simple instructions.
To advertise and sell the online training, PLH Online required a public facing website where people could find out more about the training modules and choose the relevant license training for their business.
The Mercurytide E-commerce System allows visitors to buy the required module and exam for Scotland, England and Wales to make the process of training hospitality staff extremely easy and cost effective compared to sending staff to a training facility. Along with a bespoke 'Learners management system' PLH Online now have full control over their sales, clients, invigilators and module access permissions as well as full report generation.
One of the main objectives of the website was to describe the benefits involved in training online as opposed to sending staff to a training centre. To present this information, we used Flash to display the features and benefits in an attractive, engaging and interactive way.
The website has a very clean look and feel and ties in with the branding of the online training modules, along with featuring the Mercurytide Content Management System allowing PLH Online to update and add pages easily.
