All support requests should be sent to our dedicated email address, email@example.com, where you will be assigned a ticket number and someone will contact you to let you know when your request is being dealt with and any costs involved.
Should something go wrong with your site, the support team are also on stand by to sort any problems.

The Performance Audit service offers a quarterly report that analyses this information and keeps you up to date on how well your site is working for you. Also included in this report are our recommendations for changes needed to combat any issues we find and suggestions on improvements to the site to help it continually grow.
