Mercurytide’s sophisticated databases simplify international property sales

Mercurytide create distinguished new website for Tuscany Properties for Sale with a bespoke, inbuilt database. Overall, Mercurytide’s handcrafted technology has minimised the management of multiple listings and improved user experience.

It’s a common misconception that buying property abroad is time-consuming, with language barriers and strict regulations making things even harder. Tuscany Properties for Sale was set up for non-nationals, to make the purchase of some of Tuscany’s most prestigious properties simple and hassle free. Behind the company is a team of experts with a wealth of industry knowledge, on hand to aid the sale of Tuscany’s most exclusive estates.

Researching real estate is notoriously time-consuming, this recognition allowed Mercurytide’s team of skilled designers and developers to combine aesthetics with practicalities. The results? A clean, modern design with robust technology.

In order to facilitate the needs of the busy real estate industry, Mercurytide built and developed a sophisticated database at the heart of the new site. The integrated database enabled the upload of the range of properties managed by Tuscany Properties for Sale, as well as a feed for third party advertisers. As the properties listed on the site come from multiple estate agents, this functionality makes adding or amending property listings easy and cost-effective.

The design elements of the new site were aligned to meet the needs of the audience. The finished layout resulted in a clear viewing environment with multiple, high-quality images, detailed property specifics, featured adverts and clear contact information – all of which elevated the brand and provided a streamlined user experience. Since its launch in February 2013, Tuscany Properties for Sale has enjoyed an increase in footfall to their site. These developments have improved site traffic, strengthened relationships with third-party estate agents and has boosted the number of inbound enquiries.
